Pernah masak Char Kuey Teow? Tak reti masak? *same here
but I found an easy way that helped me in 2 ways:
- first, helped me ease the hassle of cooking,
- second, helped me to finish "the best business plan" for my Entrepreneur subject
VAZZ CHAR KUEY TEOW SAUCE
It's a new product, buatan bumiputera. It is actually a char kuey teow sauce and it's very simple to use :)
Since lecturer rewarded my group with the title of "best business plan" an I used this product as a reference, of course I'd promote BUT, not only that, I am promoting this product because I find it very practical, easy and yummy. This is no joke or any useless marketing kay (honestly I hate marketers who lie for the sake of money). It is yummy.
For my presentation, we made a tester for everyone. It's not actually a tester, more to like bagi makan laa... Not too little, not too much. Dah lah pagi tu lambat 1 minute to class because of nak masak pagi2 for 25 people (dah la tak reti masak) haha, so group of 3, sorang je yang pandai masak, so masa dah tak ngam I hentam masak jugak because it's very easy. You just prepare bahan mentah such as tauge, ayam/kerang, an egg and the sauce itself...
Cara masak? ini yang I buatlah, okay...
- panaskan minyak satu sudu, masukkan ayam, bila dah turn brown mcm dah masak sikit masuk Vazz char kuey teow sauce 4-5 sudu (kalau nak basah boleh masuk lebih) then kacau2 sikit masuk kuey teow around 60 grams, gaul2 and then kalau rasa sauce yg masuk tadi tak cukup, tambah sauce, and then letak tauge, in less than one minute the last step is to pecahkan telur and terus tutup api and kacau sampai sebati... Siap. We made one serving in less than 5 minute! For Real, I swear...
I thought it was gonna turn into a disaster lah jugak tapi turned out everyone loves it? Amacam? I yang tak reti masak pun orang makan cakap sedap, so you must try! ;p
